O Mistério de Agatha Christie 🕵️♀️
This book tells the story of when famous writer Agatha Christie mysteriously disappeared for eleven days. The publisher only requested a picture of a young lady in the cover that somewhat resembled the author in her youth, since actual pictures of her in that timeframe are hard to find.
For this cover, I opted for a vintage-1920s-type font and an old picture of a young lady glaring hopefully to the beyond. To make it less romantic, I added this neon brushstroke, as to corrupt the image. It gives the book a more sinister feel, which is more on theme.
